Posters and Stickers
As part of my design work for the GCU Esports Arena, I created a series of custom stickers and posters tailored to specific events hosted in the space. The goal was to develop promotional and decorative materials that would capture the excitement of each event while aligning with Grand Canyon University’s branding and the energetic spirit of the gaming community on campus.
The stickers were designed to reflect the themes of particular tournaments and seasonal events. I incorporated elements inspired by popular games and the theme of each event. These were not only used as giveaways and keepsakes for participants but also helped foster a sense of belonging and hype around each event.
For the posters, I created high-impact visuals to promote events in and around the Arena. Each poster design was customized with key event info, typography, and graphics that matched the vibe of the featured games—whether it was a fast-paced tournament or a casual community night. I used layered textures, dynamic color schemes (with GCU’s signature purple as a base), and bold layouts to make sure the posters grabbed attention whether on a wall, social feed, or screen.
These event-specific designs helped energize the space, boost participation, and reinforce the GCU Esports Lounge as a hub for creativity, competition, and connection.
